The trailhead is at the Sandstone Quarry Parking Lot on the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Loop, 20 miles west of Las Vegas. It's the most hiked trail in Red Rock! The trail ascends a main gully up to the "tanks" (natural water basins). A final climb takes you to the top of the Calico Hills with breathtaking views! |
