Trailhead is at the Sandstone Quarry Parking Lot of the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Loop, some 20 miles west of Las Vegas. This is one of the most popular hiking trails in Red Rock. The video was shot after a rare snowstorm covered some the higher peaks in the park. You'll encounter a snow-covered trail after coming out of the main gully and getting to the back-side of Turtlehead. |
